I’m a self-taught cook. Wildly passionate about food & wine and have quite literally dedicated my life to it. I wear many hats which I believe is my secret ingredient to being a rather unique asset to any business in the food & beverage industry.
Having run my own businesses for many years, I understand the challenges small business owners face.
Working in the marketing industry (from small-scale to national media campaigns), I have a solid understanding of all aspects of business, branding and marketing.
Producing and publishing my own cookbook has given me an even broader skill set to tap into and apply to my work in recipe development and food content.
Completing a WSET Level 2 in wine has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the nuances of the wine industry and take my passion to the next level.
